Blogger bogging down

I had such hopes for having recapped the whole vacation, complete with tasty links. Not gonna happen. After being sick last Tuesday, I ended up working late the rest of the week and all day Saturday and Sunday. I'm glad for the billable hours (I need about 70 more to catch up from the slow times this summer) but dang...It's gorgeous outside and I have such enormous gardening projects that I want to be working on, ought to be working on. I'm scared to death the dang bermuda grass is growing, secretly, under the top layer of soil because I haven't had time to attack it further. I'm scared the new plants I've acquired through swaps and my recent day trip to Yuccado and Antique Rose Emporium will die before I can get their new homes built and plant 'em. Crap, this "going with the flow" thing sure messes up all of my plans. That's hard for an inveterate planner. In my family, we've already discuss Thanksgiving plans and are moving on to Christmas soon. The best laid plans of mice and men and chicks...
