In which our heroine is revealed as something less than studly

Note to self: Two tons of stone is a lot. And um, tons? Yeah. Tons are heavy. Moving 2-3 pieces at a time in a wheelbarrow may seem like a good idea (and it kinda is) until you get to the lower part of the pallet and you have to reach in to the wire mesh surrounding it, grab an 18-inch long, 4x6 block of stone and haul it out, then ker-chunk it into a small wheelbarrow. Then, you think you're fine until you get to the drop-off spot. Yeah, do the same thing, only backwards. Ow. Good thing it's gonna be rainy for a few days because ya know I'd be right back out there this afternoon. I like completing a project. I hate waiting. But dang. Let's rest that back for a day or two... In other news: Ashlee Simpson has been outed as a badly prepared, heavily hyped but nevertheless fraud on SNL. Who'd a thunk it? Poor girl, this is not really her fault. Blame daddykins, who's not afraid to turn one daughter into a spoiled bimbo joke and let the other one have her first wobbly gig ever played live on MTV.
