Waking up

Very interesting stuff here . Newsweek is unspooling a series of articles profiling the inner workings of the two campaigns. They had embedded reporters with both campaigns over the last year or so, with the understanding that certain revelations would not be disclosed until after the election. It's making me rethink a lot of assumptions I've made over the last few frenzied months. I think I got caught up in the whole football match, so to speak, lost in the Internet babble, and have been just as guilty as anybody of thinking in black-and-white terms. Anyhoo, the articles are long, but definitely worth the time. In fact, somehow reading this is making me feel better. Perhaps because I'm seeing Bush & Kerry and their teams (well, most of them) as human beings again.
