Schuyler's Monster

Lots of people who read blogs are avid fans of local dude Rob, who writes Darn Tootin'. He writes with such blazing honesty and grace that it's hard not to feel a part of his world. His darling little girl, Schuyler, has a very serious problem -- a birth defect in her little brain that means she may never be able to speak and will face developmental challenges as she grows. It's a fierce battle for a little babygirl and her family. Rob and friends are working to raise some dough to get Schuyler an Augmentative Speech Device, so this sweetie can have a voice of her own.
