This summer, I will...

To echo a meme I've seen in some of my favorite blogs -- like kerismith and maganda -- here's my "to-do list" for Summer of Fun?. (and thanks to Bill for giving me the Beginner's Guide to HTML!) Summer of Fun�: This summer, I will practice doing less of what I have to do and more of what I wish I could do. I will water my tomatoes and herb garden, and eat lots of fresh, home-grown treats. I will play with Roosevelt the Devil Kitty and not tease him too much for his Samson-like summer cut. (13.5 lbs of cat, and I think 6 of them were hair) I will play "throw the duck" with Coco Puppy without complaining too much. I will be kind to myself, my clients, my friends and my husband. I will ride every tilt-a-whirl I can find. I will try to breakdown my garden plans into small, manageable jobs that I can do in the cool of the morning. I will remember not to push the river. I will drive wtih the sun roof open and funky music on the CD player. I might bake some muffins. I will be grateful every day for my sweet boy. I will share our bounty of basil and mint, but hoard most of the tomatoes! I will watch for butterflies. I will practice napping until I get it right.
