Mmmmmm...
The other night at Tuscany Market, I had a ham sandwich with tarragon--yummy! I don't think I've paid much attention to that herb. But I grow Mexican Mint Marigold, which in Texas gardens serves the role of tarragon. It's a faintly licorice taste, though I hesitate to say that because I don't like anise. It also sort of reminds me of epazote, so delish with black beans . So, today's ham sandwich was festooned with marigold leaves and boy, was it good!
